Accessing dental care should be straightforward. Brightside Dental accepts a range of insurance panels and government healthcare schemes at both our Amoy Street (CBD) and River Valley clinics.

Insurance panels we accept

Brightside Dental is on the following panels: AIA, Alliance Healthcare, Cigna, Integrated Health Plans (IHP) and Mednefits.

Is CHAS accepted at Brightside Dental?

Yes. Brightside Dental accepts CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme) at both our Amoy Street and River Valley clinics. If you hold a CHAS Blue, CHAS Orange, Merdeka Generation or Pioneer Generation card, bring it to your appointment and we will apply the subsidy at billing. Subsidy amounts are set by the Ministry of Health and vary by card type and treatment.

Can I use MediSave for dental treatment?

MediSave can be used for surgical dental procedures at Brightside Dental, including:

Dental implant placement
Wisdom tooth surgery, including surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth
Other oral surgical procedures, assessed case by case

MediSave cannot be used for routine or cosmetic dentistry. Check-ups, scaling and polishing, fillings, teeth whitening, veneers and clear aligners are all self-pay. Withdrawal limits are set by the CPF Board and depend on the procedure performed, and we will confirm the claimable amount for your procedure before you commit to treatment.

What if my insurer is not listed?

You can still be seen. Many plans reimburse you directly, and we issue an itemised receipt with procedure codes for you to submit. International insurers our patients commonly claim from include AXA, Bupa, Great Eastern and Prudential.

What if I am not covered by insurance?

We offer interest-free in-house instalments, 3, 6 and 12-month instalment plans through DBS, OCBC and HSBC, and buy-now-pay-later through Atome and Grab PayLater.
